Seasonal Bloom Guide

At Daydream Green we love to celebrate the season. All the flowers are field grown locally by us, or sourced from fellow farmers around the region. Because we don’t rely on imported flowers, we are forced to forage what is in season - meaning sometimes your favourite flower may not be around on your special day. We don’t see this as a bad thing - rather an opportunity to create new treasured memories.

Have you ever noticed the fragrance of a perfume and been transported back to sitting on your grandma’s lap as a child? Or salty fresh air immediately reminding you of holidays by the seaside. Scent is a powerful sense which has the ability to bring back distant memories. We think using seasonal flowers at your Wedding or Event can conjuring the same emotions - like the intoxicating scent of Sweet Peas in spring or Poppies blooming on the side of the road in summer becoming a portal to relive your life’s biggest moment.

Read our guide below to give you some ideas of what will be in season for your special day.
